As a child, I was quiet, shy and different from the other kids. I was often pushed around and made to feel insignificant. I began to turn my attention to martial arts, as I developed physical skills I discovered I also needed mental training to increase my inner confidence.
This mental training came in the form of self-hypnosis. I learned to use the power of my unconscious mind via hypnosis to unlock my confidence and create a state of inner and outer excellence.
This drastically improved my physical skills as well as self confidence. Before every competition I would relax and mentally enter into the state I needed, which I believe enabled me to achieve a state title and two Australian Kickboxing Titles.
I also use hypnosis on the street as a force for good, allowing people to directly experience hypnosis in a fun and inspiring way.
In the meantime, I am a certified clinical hypnotist and in Redcliffe and use my knowledge to help others. In recent years, I have helped many people successfully change their lives. Exactly how I changed mine.

In addition the Australian Hypnotherapists Association has reciprocal arrangements with The GHSC in the UK and with Canada and NZ which allow me to practise in these countries with my ICHP qualification.
These courses are some of the highest (if not the highest) standard courses in Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy held in Australia and recognised by the AHA and ASC (the two largest Hypnotherapy Associations in Australia).
This is so because they are used for Regulation purposes in Europe. Currently no regulation here in Australia but there will be in time. When that happens weekend hypnotist courses will not stand.
